Alfred Tam | Chief Executive Officer

Alfred founded Canton Carolina with one goal in mind, to deliver the best return on investment for our clients.  Mr. Tam oversees all day-to-day activities of the company. He is responsible for coordinating various functional areas with the goal of delivering superior returns to our clients and operating an efficient and sustainable company. He is also responsible for setting and measuring the strategic objectives for Canton Carolina to ensure we run a collaborative organization that is sustainable and robust—one that operates at the highest levels of efficiency and creates long-term value.

Stanley Tam | Chief Operating Officer

With over 30 years in real estate management experience, Mr. Tam In his current role acts as a Senior Partner and COO, focuses on high level strategic projects and initiatives where his broad base of experience benefits our long term value creation.

Before co-founding Canton Carolina, Mr. Tam was previously executive vice president with Venture Investment Group, a real estate investment firm in Houston, Texas specialized in commercial real estate management. Mr. Tam began his career at the real estate development firm of Leon Development in Hong Kong.

Mr. Tam received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Macau.

Nicole Arroyo | vice president of operation

In her current role as Vice President of Operation, Ms. Arroyo works along side of the dedicated staff at Canton Carolina.  With over a decade of experience in the building services industry, Ms. Arroyo provides the hands on leadership and managing in our Custodial Management Program.
